Sleigh Bed
The Timberlake Sleigh Bed is a unique design that
developed from a bed we saw in a collection of 19th century
furniture. The particular bed we based ours on was made in Texas. Not
many years ago, one of our customers who lived near Central park in
New York City commissioned us to make a sleigh bed with trundle. We
considered the environment and local landmarks and thought it would
be interesting to design legs of the bed in the style of an old park
bench with the rolling curves and the horizontal slats.This is the
sleigh bed we make now as our "standard" style.
